Shirley and Steve Shepherd (The Shepherd Team) joined the Keller Williams family in April of 2006, bringing over thirty years of work experience in the banking, personnel and real estate industries.

Prior to joining Keller Williams, Shirley was the owner/broker of Shepherd Properties (2001-2006) which focused on residential real estate. In addition to her real estate career, Shirley taught school for nine years and was a corporate recruiter for major corporations in Houston. Steve has worked in the real estate industry for five years. Prior to his retirement in 2001, Steve was a senior executive for a national banking corporation for over 30 years. He has held numerous management positions in business development, commercial/consumer lending, finance and marketing. 

Shirley graduated from Southwest Texas State University with a degree in Elementary Education. Steve’s education includes majoring in finance at West Texas State University and the University of Houston and he attended The Stonier School of Banking at Rutgers University. Both are active members of Parkway Hills Baptist Church and serve on a variety of boards and committees within their community. Shirley currently serves on the boards of Plano West PTSA, Shepton High School PTSA, Plano West Lacrosse Club, Young Men’s Service League of Plano and Parkway Hills Baptist Church Women’s ministry. Steve is on the Board of Directors for Kaufman County MUD 7.
